"Paul was a standout Upwork talent - one of the best contractors I have worked with! He was highly communicative and organized, and was always prepared for meetings. Paul utilized available technologies and integrations to save a LOT of time on our migration, and set our team up with a great starting point in Asana. He also gave best practices - which is the most invaluable gift a consultant can share. Thanks Paul!"

He not only knows technically how to set up G Suites but is a great thinker and helped me put together more efficient process in managing email and other G Suite tasks. Thank you and I can't wait till we hit the next hurdle and get to work together again."

I needed help translating a timeline that I had built for a project into Asana and understanding Asana's functionality. Paul could not have been more helpful and informed. He had reviewed my documents before our call, came prepared with a plan and then was very clear and patient guiding me through Asana and answering all my questions. I have never used Asana before so I was starting from zero and was trying to execute quite a complex project. I learned so much in our session and am ready to go and apply my learnings. I will certainly turn to Paul again to develop my skills and address issues that come up as I use Asana going forward. I highly recommend him. |

"Paul was the perfect fit to consult on our growing team's need for a project management process. He listened in depth and studied our context, then over the course of several months gently built an effective process for our team. We couldn't be where we are today without Paul's expertise. He asks the right questions, and his depth of knowledge about the humans we work and the available systems we can use made him a perfect fit for our need. Hoping we can work with him again in the future." |
Two colleagues and I, who had been using Asana for more than a year, felt ready to take our use of Asana to a higher level - but we didn't know where to start, since the possibilities of working with Asana seemed vast. We had a 90 minute appointment with Paul Grobler, and by 70 minutes we were overflowing with great ideas and suggestions about how to use advanced search, how to prioritize tasks, how to save searches as reports in order to get an overall view of where things stand. He showed us how to use custom fields, how to create and use templates. We asked him to take the last 20 minutes of our appointment to compile a list of readings and videos that would reinforce and enhance what we got in this first session, and allow us to keep learning on our own. We're grateful to know that if we ever need advice and help with Asana again, Paul will be available to help us in his very clear, practical way. |
